Debra Coaxum

Debra Coaxum is an expert in managing all aspects of national statistical data programs, survey operations, and data governance. For over 25 years, Ms. Coaxum has led large-scale survey collections, managed data collection operations, and developed and implemented strategic initiatives.

Before joining RTI, Ms. Coaxum served as a senior executive at the U.S. Energy Information Administration, where she led data collection operations and the implementation of a centralized survey operations function. Prior to that, she implemented the planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of government survey data for the U.S. Census Bureau. She is a member of the American Association for Public Opinion Research and the African American Federal Executive Association.
