Chase Montagnet is a Justice Researcher in RTI’s Court Systems Research Program. She is committed to work that advances theories of desistance while also offering concrete and timely knowledge with real world applications to community stakeholders and practitioners. As a mixed methods scholar, she has led and coauthored numerous academic publications, with a focus on corrections, reentry, social bonds, and sentencing.
