Jeffrey Franklin is a survey director at RTI, working on the 2023 National Postsecondary Student Aid Study (NPSAS:24) and 2020/25 Beginning Postsecondary Students Longitudinal Study (BPS:20/25) for the U.S. Department of Education. He currently leads the student interview data collection effort for RTI’s work on NPSAS:24, a full-scale study that includes the collection of student interviews from approximately 100,000 sampled students.

Mr. Franklin joined RTI in 1993. His expertise includes survey data collection, web/CATI data collection, and survey incentive plans.
