Stéphane Baldi is a Strategic Account Executive who oversees business development and client relations for RTI’s Education and National Science Foundation accounts. He has over 25 years of experience managing large, complex portfolios of research and program evaluation studies for federal, state, and foundation clients.
Dr. Baldi has directed work with the U.S. Department of Education (ED), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the U.S. Department of State, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Transportation, and the Department of Agriculture. He has supported key federal programs and initiatives throughout his career, including the Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS) and the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) at ED. Dr. Baldi also supported the Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) and the Inclusion across the Nation of Communities of Learners of Underrepresented Discoverers in Engineering and Science (INCLUDES) programs at the NSF.
His research has been published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals, including American Sociological Review, Social Studies of Science, Work and Occupations, Journal of Safety Research, and he has served as the lead author on numerous governmental reports.
