Dr. Rebecca Flueckiger is a Senior Operations Researcher at RTI International. She has extensive experience in designing applied research, complementing programmatic monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data filling evidence gaps and translating these findings into learning activities. 

Currently, Dr. Flueckiger oversees research activities within the International Development Group’s monitoring, evaluation, research, learning, and adapting (MERLA) team, with a focus on promoting RTI’s core goal of translating knowledge into practice. She designs and implements operations research and learning agendas for health systems strengthening programs in the Philippines and Guinea. Dr. Flueckiger is also the senior manager of RTI's Neglected Tropical Disease strategic investment where she serves as the PI on numerous studies and provides guidance and oversight to the full portfolio of studies.
