Pedro Coli is an engineer specializing in water and sanitation, with a focus on the simulation of water resources, climate change, water governance, and development of decision support systems to support the management of water systems. He is skilled in the design of capacity-building programs for institutional strengthening in water resource management, and has experience developing and implementing innovative models for watershed modeling. He works with stakeholders to make informed decisions to invest in institutional strengthening, data management systems, and infrastructure development.
Prior to joining RTI in 2019, Mr. Coli worked at the water and sanitation division of Inter-American Development Bank, where he promoted the development and implementation of innovative models to support the integrated management of watersheds in Latin America and the Caribbean. His experience in the region spans 15 countries and includes projects to strengthen water security against current and future challenges related to water scarcity, increasing demand, growing uncertainty, and more intense and frequent extreme events.
