Molly Lynch is an experienced mixed-methods researcher and evaluator with content expertise in disaster preparedness (e.g., COVID-19, Ebola, Zika) and a communications researcher with expertise in media content analyses, formative research, campaign development and design thinking methodologies (e.g., journey mapping, co-creation, etc). Ms. Lynch works with a variety of non-profit and governmental clients—including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), March of Dimes and the Arthritis Foundation—to conduct research and evaluation to inform program development.

Most recently, she served as project director for CDC’s COVID-19 and Emergency Preparedness Messaging to Improve Communication to and Engagement of People with Disabilities and People with Literacy Limitations. She led a team that developed award-winning COVID-19 educational materials for people with disabilities. Ms. Lynch has led a variety of design-thinking activities using innovative methods such as journey mapping and co-creation of products to develop relevant and engaging communication products for target audiences.
