Jerry W. Hedge is an expert in organizational psychology whose work focuses on human resource management research and improving workforce productivity. He directs RTI’s Workforce and Organizational Effectiveness Program, which conducts studies that help public- and private-sector clients enhance the effectiveness of their organizations.

Dr. Hedge has extensive technical experience in job analysis, performance management, training programs, career development, aging workforce, and many other factors related to developing a successful workplace. He manages his program’s business and technical side and handles long-range planning.

Dr. Hedge has been with RTI since 2008. His experience includes serving as a research psychologist for the Air Force and executive roles, including president and chief operating officer, at Personnel Decisions Research Institutes. He is a fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association.
