Jerry W. Hedge is an expert in organizational science whose research focuses on improving workforce and workplace effectiveness. He is a senior program director of workforce and organizational effectiveness at RTI International. He has more than 30 years of experience in organizational research, working with a wide variety of public and private sector clients

Dr. Hedge has extensive technical experience in job analysis and organizational assessment; knowledge and technology program implementation and evaluation; performance measurement; training program design and evaluation; career development and management; and work and aging issues.

Dr. Hedge has been with RTI since 2008. He has published extensively, including books on Implementing Organizational Interventions (2002), The Aging Workforce: Realities, Myths, and Implications for Organizations (2006), and the Oxford Handbook of Work and Aging (2012). He is a fellow of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and the American Psychological Association.
