Geanjay Roberts has over 18 years of experience working in the education sector in Liberia. She currently serves as the Teacher Training and Coaching Coordinator on the Read Liberia Activity, funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). In this role, she is responsible for organizing trainings, support the revision of teaching and learning materials. She also supervises teacher training and coaching supervisors, mitigates challenges, and documents successes and lessons learned.
She previously facilitated the Activity’s development of the kindergarten scripted reading lessons and related materials for the kindergarten pilot program which ended in 2020.
She has previous experience working on education projects funded by USAID, such as the EGRA Plus program and the Liberia Teacher Training Program II and serving as a teacher.
Ms. Roberts is a candidate for a master’s degree in education at Cuttington University. She is a certified trainer in early reading and an assessor/evaluator with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) experience.
