Alison Banger specializes in health policy research and informatics at RTI. She is examining the interaction of health IT and workflow in community-based settings and implementing programs to improve perinatal care.

Her areas of interest include interstate data exchange, the implementation of meaningful use regulations, and the intersection of health IT and patient safety.

In addition to project leadership and management, Ms. Banger is trained in qualitative research methods and has served as adjunct faculty at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health.
