Alicia Frasier is a senior research survey scientist with RTI’s Survey Research Division and is an expert in the execution of an extensive range of research and survey methods, such as multimode survey design, various quantitative and qualitative data collections, and data analysis.

Ms. Frasier serves as the director of advance arrangements for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES)—the only nationally representative study of people of all ages that collects information based on interviews and physical exams. In this role, she leads community outreach and engagement, media relations, travel, and other logistical arrangements for this valuable study. In her 17 years of experience, Ms. Frasier has worked across a broad range of research topics and respondent types and has successfully led large teams of staff on complex projects and activities. She recently served as the data collection task leader for the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) Patient Experience of Care Survey (PECS) team. She was responsible for all data collection activities for this multimode survey of approximately 700,000 patients

Prior to coming to RTI, Ms. Frasier worked at NORC at the University of Chicago, focusing her efforts primarily on large, population-based children’s health surveys. These included, but were not limited to the National Children’s Survey, the National Survey of Children’s Health, and the National Survey of Children with Special Health Care Needs.
