For three days in May, RTI International and Syntegrity Group will gather approximately 40 healthcare leaders and visionaries—including payers, pharmaceutical companies, educators, regulators, patient advocates, and others—to break down walls between ideas and organizations. By drawing on the knowledge and talents in diverse and adjacent networks, and connecting those networks, we can address problems too large and too complex for a single entity to address and can generate new opportunities for effective, efficient action at scale.

Confluence 2016: America’s Health will engage in an interactive, conversation-based, integrative process called Syntegration. This science-based, proprietary group methodology helps large, diverse groups develop solutions suited to the complexity and speed of our world.

Using the Syntegration process, the group will work together to answer the following question:

"Given the rapidly shifting landscape of US healthcare and the resulting issues and opportunities we all see, what are the key strategies and actions we must undertake to improve the experience of care (for patients, caregivers, and providers) and overall health, while ensuring sustainable economics for both industry and community?"

Together the group will deconstruct this question into the topics that it deems most important to discuss. The group will then explore those topics to align and mobilize resources for action.

By the event’s end, the group will have broken new ground on a critically important macro-challenge. The content that emerges in 3 days will become the foundation for strategies and actions that participants can all undertake independently and/or collectively to improve the American health experience, economics, and outcomes in the months ahead and for years to come.

*This event is by invitation only. Each participant represents a niche and perspective that are critical to a meaningful and well-rounded conversation. Therefore, there is no registration fee, but there will be a $1,500 penalty to cancel after April 8, 2016. (With prior approval, registration may be transferrable within an organization.)
