Join RTI International (RTI) experts, Michelle Dougherty and Sara Armson, as they moderate the Future of Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) Technology and Data Exchange listening session. This session will discuss ways to advance interoperable exchange of LTPAC data across the continuum. It will provide the opportunity to discuss with other stakeholders and leaders data exchange priorities, facilitators and challenges to advance interoperability in LTPAC, and issues that need attention with information blocking/sharing and cybersecurity.
