Facilitating Networks

We facilitate learning communities to foster connections between educators, researchers, and thought leaders. These networks represent a powerful opportunity for collaboration and scale. Networks may include:

  • Sharing collective knowledge to grow smarter and faster
  • Policy analysis
  • Peer benchmarking
  • Fostering communities of practice

Across all network professional learning events to date,

  • 98 percent of participants agreed that the event will help them perform their jobs more effectively
  • 95 percent would recommend to a colleague

RTI is proud to facilitate the North Carolina Early College Network, a collaborative community of early college practitioners. The group convenes regularly to share knowledge around problems of practice, discuss strategies to maximize policy opportunities, explore new research, and engage in peer school study visits.

Thank you so much for yesterday's session. It was one of the best professional development opportunities that I have attended in 12 years of teaching and working in education.
