We believe professional learning is most meaningful when connected to the authentic challenges of school leaders. Our approach to building capacity for high-functioning leaders and teams blends consultative support to solve pressing issues with tools, practices, and facilitation to support sustainable team performance. Support may include:

In Rutherford County Schools, we’re supporting seven principals from middle and high schools in a multiyear leadership development collaborative focused on school alignment, effective teaching, and college readiness. Structured as a professional learning community oriented around a problem of practice, this group is supported with monthly consulting engagements and one-on-one coaching.
