Our researchers work to increase equal workforce opportunities and enable economic empowerment by engaging stakeholders at the local and governmental levels and conducting culturally sensitive skills training.

Project Highlights

  • Trained male and female government workers and service providers in Indonesia to improve their management and leadership skills
  • Increased employability of Kenyan youth who had not completed secondary school by improving job counseling and mentoring programs, and addressing gender-specific barriers
  • Equipped top-performing young Liberian women and men for professional careers by developing undergraduate engineering and agriculture centers that prioritize inclusive programming
  • Developed workforce opportunities and skills of youth in the Dominican Republic by providing monitoring and evaluation services
