Teachers need effective methods that blend knowledge acquisition with hands-on application to ensure success for all students. We partner to develop and enhance the common practices, language, and reflection techniques necessary to move proactively toward improved student outcomes. Support may include:

In Winston Salem-Forsyth County Schools, RTI is working with cohorts of teachers to expand pedagogical strategies focused on inquiry-based learning in elementary, middle, and high schools. This work is structured as a combination of group workshops and on-site coaching.
The flexibility and expertise of the RTI staff has changed the quality of the outcomes…. Now other teachers in school want to join the group that is involved in the training as teachers are modeling for their peers.
