In Winston Salem-Forsyth County Schools, RTI is working with cohorts of teachers to expand pedagogical strategies focused on inquiry-based learning in elementary, middle, and high schools. This work is structured as a combination of group workshops and on-site coaching.

The flexibility and expertise of the RTI staff has changed the quality of the outcomes…. Now other teachers in school want to join the group that is involved in the training as teachers are modeling for their peers.

Working with RTI has been an experience from which the students, staff, and I have truly benefited. The coaches take the time to listen and understand so they are able to provide meaningful and relevant resources and professional development along with leadership support. I am so grateful that we have the opportunity to collaborate with an innovative staff whose passion lies in the development and growth of all students.
