SUDAAN Technical Support Agreements

The annual SUDAAN license includes technical support related to installation and basic procedure syntax. Our team of statisticians and programmers is committed to responding to your questions within 48 hours. We can also arrange for additional support through our Annual Technical Agreements that will provide your staff with even quicker access to our broad range of consulting expertise. These technical agreements are cost-type contracts with predetermined ceilings – so you will not be charged for consulting hours that are never used.
