When you analyze multiply imputed data, SUDAAN prints a separate Summary of Example and Weighted Counts for each imputation. In addition, the BY_MI option on the PRINT statement tells SUDAAN to print a separate set of statistics for each imputation. When the BY_MI option is omitted, SUDAAN prints a single set of summary statistics.
The format of the printed output from analysis of multiply-imputed data will be just the same as that for final estimates.
