Across our international development projects, we work hand in hand with local partners to strengthen their capacity and increase their impact. Rather than import external models, we aim to build on and build up the existing strengths of our partners.
We facilitate the transfer of knowledge, application of international guidelines and best practices, adaptation of innovative tools and approaches, and implementation of interventions that are scalable and sustainable.
Working on behalf of our clients, we assess local needs and create communities of practice that connect partners and strengthen their networks. Our approach enables us to strengthen understanding of guidelines and best practices, facilitate exchange of challenges encountered, and disseminate innovative solutions.
