Charles Rodes: Aerosol Research
Charles Rodes studies aerosol and particle exposures that are toxic and that might affect human health adversely, whether in occupational or non-occupational environments. Recent research has focused on monitoring personal exposures, with a particular emphasis on asthmatic children. A new initiative with the Department of Homeland Security is working to improve personal exposure monitoring to help protect first responders from significant man-made or natural aerosol exposures.
