  • Take Aviation Pkwy North ramp to I-540/US-70.
  • Merge into Aviation Pkwy.
  • Merge onto I-540 East via ramp to US-70.
  • Take Exit 16 for US-1 South toward Raleigh.
  • Turn right at US-1 South/Capital Blvd.
  • After three traffic lights, turn right onto One North Commerce Center building.
  • We are Building 5265.


From RTI campus, Durham, or Chapel Hill

  • Take I-40 East.
  • Take Exit 283 for I-540 North toward US-70.
  • Merge onto I-540 East.
  • Take Exit 16 for US-1 South toward Raleigh.
  • Turn right at US-1 South/Capital Blvd.
  • After three traffic lights, turn right onto One North Commerce Center building.
