RTI Rockville
In 1986, RTI established an office in Rockville, MD, to better serve clients in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. Initially established to support a contract with the National Cancer Institute (NCI), RTI Rockville continues to conduct studies on behalf of NCI, as well as the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, various foundations, and other clients.
The office is home to approximately 40 staff who specialize in chronic and infectious disease epidemiology, genomics and statistical genetics, and the design, coordination, and analysis of multisite studies.
The office is also well positioned to collaborate with researchers at several prestigious universities, including Georgetown University, Howard University, George Washington University, and Johns Hopkins University.
With only 20 miles between them, RTI Rockville also collaborates frequently with the staff of RTI's other capitol area office, RTI DC. The Rockville office is conveniently located near the White Flint Metro stop.

- Take Exit 38 onto the I-270 spur North (toward Rockville/Frederick).

- Turn left onto MD-187 N/Old Georgetown Rd.

- Take I-195 W.
- Take Exit 2B onto the MD-295 S/Baltimore/Washington Pkwy. (toward Washington).
- Merge onto MD-295 S.

- Merge onto Capital Beltway.
- Take Exit 35 onto I-270 North (toward Frederick).
- Merge onto I-270 North.
- Take Exit 1 onto MD-187/Old Georgetown Rd. (Keep right at the fork in the ramp.)
