Urban Revitalization and Underutilized Property Redevelopment
Using cross-disciplinary teams of experts, we have helped communities, including several EPA brownfields pilots, take a holistic approach to revitalizing properties. We help our clients manage tough environmental and economic challenges by identifying environmental risks and mitigation strategies, often by using a comprehensive database of more than 900 remediation technologies that we developed to assist clients with environmental clean-up efforts.
Our staff members have created tools to identify sites, obtain and display data about properties, manage the redevelopment process, and market or locate properties for redevelopment. When complicated environmental conditions make redevelopment more challenging, we help developers, regulators, and the community understand the risks of using technology.
