Environmental Research in Agricultural Sectors
We help advance agricultural programs and practices by combining our knowledge of air, water quality, and groundwater science; pollution control technologies and practices; risk analysis; and environmental economics. We apply multimedia modeling tools in tandem with geographic information systems (GIS) to assess and plan site-specific, regional, and national strategies to protect and restore water, air, and soil quality and protect human health. Our outreach programs communicate effective environmental management practices to the agricultural community.
