From I-40 East

  • After Exit 280B (Davis Drive), take the right lane fork onto NC 147 (Durham Freeway) North.
  • Take Exit 6 (Cornwallis Road).
  • At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Cornwallis Road.
  • Continue through the first traffic light at the GSK entrance and turn right at the MCNC entrance sign just before the next traffic light at Alexander Drive.
  • RTI staff are located in Building 1 (the Advanced Technology Building), which is directly ahead after turning into the campus.

From I-40 West

  • Take Exit 279B to NC 147 (Durham Freeway) North.
  • Take Exit 6 (Cornwallis Road).
  • At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Cornwallis Road.
  • Continue through the first traffic light at the GSK entrance and turn right at the MCNC entrance sign just before the next traffic light at Alexander Drive.

From I-85 North

  • Take Exit 172 onto NC 147 (Durham Freeway) South.

  • Take Exit 177B onto NC 55 East toward Roxboro Road and NC Central University.
  • Exit onto NC 147 (Durham Freeway) South.
  • Take Exit 6 (Cornwallis Road).

  • Continue through the first traffic light at the GSK entrance and turn right at the MCNC entrance sign just before the next traffic light at Alexander Drive.
