Pollution Control Technology Evaluations
RTI conducts engineering and scientific studies to evaluate methods for preventing and controlling pollution. We compare alternative technologies in terms of efficiency, costs, energy consumption, maintenance, durability, wastes generated, and cross-media pollutant transfer.
Our staff are skilled at designing and implementing effective and efficient test plans, conducting quality assurance, and working with all parties throughout all phases of a technology evaluation to ensure that client goals are achieved. Depending on client needs, RTI can evaluate technologies in our own laboratories, at a client's pilot facility, or at a full-scale industrial operation.
