Water Supply and Sanitation
We have developed policy and program analysis tools to improve drinking water, water treatment, and sanitation conditions. Many of our projects address governance and capacity-building challenges. Issues covered include sector policy and regulatory frameworks, capital financing, business management with utilities and local governments, cost recovery, customer satisfaction, and institutional and community capacity development to enable and enhance service quality, and related behavior change strategies.
