Capabilities
RTI possesses comprehensive lab capabilities for these services. Our fabrication processing facilities include photolithography, wet/dry etch, thin-film deposition, thermal processing, specialty polymer coatings, and advanced metrology. We also provide numerous capabilities for packaging and assembly, electrical and optical testing, and reliability testing. The on-site analytical lab has a variety of surface analysis and bulk-film analysis techniques to assist with your specific materials characterization needs.
