Health Care Quality
We study the measurement and evaluation of health care quality and outcomes from the perspectives of multiple stakeholders: clinicians and other providers, delivery systems, payers and employers, and patients and consumers. Our diverse approach uses rigorous scientific methods to examine the effects of policy initiatives on health care; evaluate innovative practices and management of chronic illness; generate information on medication efficacy; and develop systems that monitor or report quality, safety, and consumer satisfaction with care.
