RTI El Salvador

RTI El Salvador

In 2003, RTI opened a permanent office in San Salvador, building on nearly two decades of active assistance to El Salvador in the areas of democratic governance, health, and education. Since then, RTI El Salvador has supported various projects in-country and facilitated linkages with local partners and organizations.

The office employs a team of regional and El Salvadorian professionals who support projects focused on decentralization and democratic local governance, legislative strengthening, civil society development, local economic development, and public-private partnerships. The staff of RTI El Salvador also coordinate with RTI experts in information and communication technology, health, education, public finance, and environmental issues.

RTI El Salvador works with such clients as the U.S. Agency for International Development, Inter-American Development Bank, and World Bank. The office also works with local and multinational businesses and business associations in Central America, providing technical assistance to projects designed to improve health, sanitation, water services, education, and nutrition.

In addition to supporting projects in El Salvador, the office is currently contributing to environmental, health, education, and governance projects across Latin America, including Ecuador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Peru.
