We design and conduct research directed at improving the physical, social, and emotional well-being of women, children, and families, especially those with low incomes. Our research addresses the availability of and access to health and social programs and services for these populations, the quality and effectiveness of these programs and services, and the related policies and financing that influence their delivery.
