Purchase orders are subject to all the terms and conditions set forth in this document (PDF) (hereinafter the “Terms”). Vendor’s delivery of products, performance of services, or issuance of invoices in connection with this purchase order establishes Vendor’s agreement to the Terms. The Terms may only be modified in a writing signed by both parties.
