RTI International supports education development around the world by using evidence-based approaches to strengthen education policy, management, and practice to achieve measurable improvement in education quality and, ultimately, learning outcomes.
From our well-established expertise in strengthening education systems to our innovative work in assessing and improving early grade reading outcomes, we are improving education quality, relevance, and efficiency at every level – from classrooms to national ministries as well as through contribution to international exchange and scientific and professional publication.
RTI's International Education Division, led by Melinda Taylor, is working in more than 20 countries around the world. Our work is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.K. Department for International Development, the Australian Development Bank, the Asian Development Bank, private funders and clients, as well as by RTI itself.
