RTI researchers have been conducting multidisciplinary research and providing support for analyses of policies and regulations affecting food, agriculture, and dietary supplements since 1985. Our capabilities include regulatory impact and policy analysis, model development, database design and maintenance, risk analysis, program evaluation, consumer behavior research, consumer and industry surveys, field data collection, and agricultural market studies.

Study: Chicken Establishments Maintain Salmonella Control Procedures, Despite Tough Economy
A new study by RTI International and the USDA finds that chicken establishments appear to be maintaining food safety procedures necessary to control Salmonella contamination despite financial stress caused by the weakened economy.
