Spectrum Benefits

RTI International offers a comprehensive benefits program—called Spectrum Benefits—for employees and their eligible dependents. This Web site provides an overview of these benefits. Employees can view more detailed information, such as full benefit descriptions and costs, on the RTI intranet (StaffNet) at http://staffnet.rti.org/services/benefits/.

How Do I Enroll?

RTI employees enroll for benefits through the Global Enterprise Management System (GEMS) on StaffNet. Only RTI employees can complete the enrollment process. At the end of each calendar year, an Open Enrollment period allows all employees to register for and change their benefits.
