Research Triangle Park, NC -- Tom Ridge, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, has appointed RTI President Victoria Haynes to the Academe and Policy Research Senior Advisory Committee (APRSAC) of the Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC). The publication notes that the honor has been bestowed on Dr. Haynes for the "outstanding accomplishments of RTI International under [her] leadership, its contributions to the improvement of the human condition and the positive impact it is having on the world."
