Bioinformatician

Helen Pan, PhD, has more than 16 years of experience in the areas of high-throughput genomics, bioinformatics, and biomedical informatics, and genomics and genetics data analysis (including microarray, array Comparative Genomic Hybridization [aCGH], Genome Wide Association Study [GWAS], pathway, and network analysis). Her recent focus has been on the clinical study, data management, and bioinformatics system development of GWAS measures. She has co-authored 27 scientific papers and 24 patents.
