Helen Pan, PhD, has more than 19 years of experience in the areas of high-throughput genomics, bioinformatics, and biomedical informatics, and genomics and genetics data analysis (including microarray, array Comparative Genomic Hybridization [aCGH], Genome Wide Association Study [GWAS], pathway, and network analysis). Her recent focus has been on the clinical study, data management, and bioinformatics system development, data standards and Common Data Element (CDE), Ontology and Semantic Web. She has co-authored 27 scientific papers and 24 patents.
