RTI International Earns Spot on Triangle's 'Fast 50' List
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. -- RTI International has once again been recognized as one of the Triangle's fastest growing private companies by the Triangle Business Journal at this year's annual "Fast 50 Awards" ceremony.
RTI President and CEO Victoria Haynes credited the company’s focus on its mission as the key to its financial success.
"We focus on providing our clients with high quality research and technical services in areas that address national priorities," Haynes said. "Our services are in high demand as a result."
RTI's Chief Financial Officer Jim Gibson accepted the award on RTI's behalf at a dinner Nov. 6 at the Raleigh Convention Center.
Among the many highlights Haynes noted as contributing to RTI’s continued success during the past year was the addition of a team of researchers from the Women’s Global Health Imperative at the University of California in San Francisco who are helping to expand RTI’s global health programs and service offerings.
She also noted RTI’s work implementing an indoor residual spraying program for the U.S. Agency for International Development which has protected the homes of more than 3 million people in Africa against malaria.
RTI ranked 26 out of 50 and was profiled in an in-depth special Fast 50 Awards section in Triangle Business Journal's Nov. 7 edition.
