Biography

Margo Brinkley, a senior technical director, has over 20 years of experience in data processing and over 25 years in software design and development. She specializes in planning, directing, coordinating, and performing software development and data processing activities. Ms. Brinkley has also designed, developed, and documented intricate general-purpose software systems, including editing and control system software, and a menu and windowing interface for a statistical package marketed nationally. She has also contributed significantly to the computer-assisted telephone interviewing and computer-assisted personal interviewing development process at RTI since the inception of both systems in the late 1970s. Ms. Brinkley is currently the manager of the Multi-Site Computing Group and directs data processing tasks on multi-site projects.
