Biography

Leslie Greenwald, Ph.D., is a principal scientist at RTI International with more than 15 years of experience conducting health services research. Dr. Greenwald serves as a project director and task leader for a range of projects related to Medicare payment, service delivery, cost and utilization analysis. She has focused her research efforts on Medicare managed care, Medicare payment systems, prescription drugs, risk adjustment, and beneficiary information. She also has extensive experience directing health care research programs. Dr. Greenwald joined RTI in 1991 after 11 years at the Health Care Financing Administration (now the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).
