Biography
Arthur J. Bonito, PhD, has over 35 years of experience designing, performing, and managing projects addressing questions asked from large secondary databases from multiple sources such as insurance claims files, medical and billing records, etc. He has also designed data collection instruments to collect primary data to answer questions using all modes of inquiry, including qualitative and quantitative approaches ranging from focus groups, and other survey/interview methods to record abstraction, and surveys using various media interphases. He has prepared reports using different types of data such as attitudinal, behavioral, organizational, demographic, clinical, with a variety of objectives including estimation, policy analysis, description, causal analysis, etc. He also performed statistical analyses using multiple variable tabulations and multivariate modeling of continuous, categorical, and dichotomous measures. His experience also extends into conducting program and community intervention and evaluation projects. Dr. Bonito directs RTI's program on health care organization, delivery, and access.
