Mr. Myles F. Elledge is a senior director for Global Development in RTI’s Innovation Advisors team. Mr. Elledge has over 28 years of experience in international development policy, strategic planning, and technology adoption. His program leadership in emerging markets is focused on issues of economic growth, social development, and innovation for impact.  He has worked in 28 countries in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.

In his current work, he is pursuing one of his passion for environmental health and is active in technology innovation and adoption initiatives in water, sanitation and clean energy.  Additional interest includes understanding national and regional innovation ecosystems, and driving strategies to foster collaborative innovation to address many of society’s most vexing development challenges.

Mr. Elledge serves on the editorial board for the RTI Press. He is also appointed to international technical advisory committees for ISO/TC 285 on clean cooking and household energy (from 2013 to 2017), and IWA / ISO initiative on standards for innovative sanitation treatment technologies (2015 to 2017).
